Customs
As well as collecting and administering the payment of the <A href="http://www.alac.org.nz/WhoAreWe.aspx" target=_blank>Alcohol Levy</A>, the <A href="http://www.customs.govt.nz/" target=_blank>New Zealand Customs Service </A>oversees the duty free alcohol allowance for travellers coming into&nbsp;Aotearoa New Zealand.&nbsp; <BR><BR>In addition Customs is responsible for the&nbsp;regulating the provision of&nbsp;ships stores&nbsp;which provide&nbsp;alcohol on-board vessels such as cruisers&nbsp;and ferries.<BR><BR>If you want to find out about the excise duties on alcohol or information around importing or exporting alcohol go to the Customs&nbsp;<A href="http://www.customs.govt.nz/" target=_blank>website</A>.
