Early pregnancy assessment tool

The early pregnancy assessment tool (EPAT) is available to Medtech users as an integrated advanced form. It may also be easily incorporated into other practice management systems.

The tool has been developed by Te Hiringa Hauora/Health Promotion Agency along with clinicians and several regions are already using this approach to promote consistent best practice to first trimester antenatal screening, assessment and management and midwife referral in a primary care setting.
